    Site & Project Assessment

    Where required, we’ll arrange a site meeting or inspection to better understand the project. If you do not have any concept plans, we will step in to assist with the design development phase.

    As professional builders we value our time, and charge a fee to sit with you and go through your project’s requirements.

    Scope & Proposal

    Once we have a clear understanding of your project, we work through the required scope of works and prepare a detailed proposal.

    Planning & Preparation

    We coordinate the necessary requirements, trades, materials, documentation and scheduling to ensure the project is properly prepared before construction begins.

    Construction Begins

    This is where your project starts to take shape. We maintain communication throughout the project so you remain informed about progress and key stages.

    Throughout construction, we monitor the progress of the project and maintain our focus on delivering work to a high standard.
